`DELETE https://api.fxapis.com/v1/alert-hooks/{id}`

Its URL stops working at once and cannot be brought back. Orders it placed stay in the history, with the alert that caused them in `clientOrderId`.

Authentication: `Authorization: Bearer <API key>`.
