The read-only connector answers questions about your MetaTrader 5 accounts and cannot trade. It has no tool that opens, closes or changes anything, and its sign-in grants read access only. It is the fxapis connector listed in the Claude and ChatGPT directories, whose rules exclude tools that execute financial transactions.

## Tools [#tools]

* `list_accounts`, `get_account`, `get_account_status` and `get_account_figures`;
* `list_positions`, `list_orders`, `get_order` and `list_deals`;
* `get_quotes`, `list_instruments`, `list_account_instruments` and `get_market_hours`;
* `get_account_overview` and `get_symbol_snapshot`.

They take the same arguments and answer the same way.
